Lead Yourself. Lead Your People. Lead Your Profession.

Jackie Nickel Division Vice President, Integrated Marketing, Ross Laboratories

Jackie Nickel leads the recently-formed Integrated Marketing department at Ross. In her new role, Nickel is responsible for establishing those centers of excellence that will support the company's category business units and sales organizations in the areas of marketing research and insights, marketing execution, divisional planning and innovation.

Nickel brings extensive experience in marketing consumer packaged goods. Before joining Ross, she was Vice President of Marketing at Suntory Water Group (a home and office bottled water delivery company) where she directed the company's focus on opportunity assessment, the marketing plan development and execution, strategic planning for new products, and packaging. She also spent seven years in brand and product management roles at The Coca-Cola Company. Nickel's career at Coke culminated with her appointment as Group Director for New Product and Package Initiatives, where she led the development of plans and processes for new product and package innovations, including the Coca-Cola Fridge Pack.

While Nickel began her career as a chemist, she quickly moved from there into a plant management role, followed by a long career in product management. Nickel earned a bachelor's degree in biology from Union College in Schenectady, NY, and a master's degree in business administration from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
