Anthony J. Rucci, Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer for Cardinal Health, Inc. is responsible for investor relations, quality and regulatory affairs, human resources, corporate audit, corporate branding, communications and public affairs, The Cardinal Foundation, organization effectiveness, government and legislative affairs, corporate purchasing, corporate security and information protection, aviation, business continuity and crisis management, real estate, and information technology.

Prior to Cardinal, Rucci had over 25 years of business experience as a senior corporate officer with two Fortune 100 companies – Baxter International and Sears, Roebuck & Co. During his tenure at Sears, Rucci served as executive vice president and senior administrative officer for Sears and also served as chairman of the board of directors for Sears de Mexico. He has also been dean of the College of Business Administration at the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Rucci holds a bachelor's, a master's and a Ph.D. in organizational psychology from Bowling Green State University. He has published over twenty-five articles and book chapters, including the Harvard Business Review.
