Our Raymond E. Mason, Jr. Leadership Symposium brings together central Ohio leaders for a unique day dedicated to raising the level of leadership in business, government, education, and community organizations. This Symposium has become the cornerstone experience for many organizations' Leadership Institutes.

This program includes begins with a networking breakfast followed by our main session keynote speaker, in years past this keynote has also been offered as a panel of great leaders throughout central Ohio. At the conclusion of our keynote address our attendees will experience two break-out sessions lead by one of several great leaders. Typically we offer more than 15 leaders to choose from in each session. Our morning sessions are followed by lunch and our luncheon keynote. This entertaining presentation is sure to re-energize you and get you ready for our afternoon break-out and "Take-It-Back-To-Work" session. This unique session allows you to come together with fellow attendees to share your experiences and decide how to apply your new knowledge at work.
