Franklin University Students

Janet Rader is an Associate Pastor at Salem Church of God in Dayton, Ohio.  Currently she has responsibilities as the Youth Pastor and Women’s Ministry Pastor.  Prior to that, she served as Director of Operations, overseeing the financial aspects and HR practices of the organization.

Janet has a passion for leadership development and has coached two internships in a pilot program at Salem Church.  With the completion of her degree in Organizational Leadership, she desires to weave organizational structures, change management approaches and the best practices from corporate models into non-profit organizations.

Amber Dalton is also an Organizational Leadership major at Franklin.  She is President of a Management Company that owns and manages a chain of restaurants.

Jack Schone has worked at Worthington Cylinders for 20 years and was promoted to a supervisory role in August, 2008. 

In his personal life, Jack is involved with the Big Walnut Youth Sports Programs and is married with 3 children.
