Melissa P. Ingwersen
President, Bank One
Melissa Ingwersen joined Bank One in March 1989.
She has spent her entire career in Corporate Banking, serving first as a relationship manager and later as a lending group manager.
As president, Melissa is responsible for all of the bank's corporate banking activities in Central Ohio, and she leads the bank's broader strategies in the market.
Melissa began her banking career as a credit analyst with National City Corporation, and later served in various lending roles in Metropolitan Lending, National Lending and Private Banking. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Studies from Northwestern University in 1982.
Melissa is an active community volunteer and leader. She co-chaired the 2003 Operation Feed campaign as well as the 2004 State Board of Education task force on “Quality High Schools”. She is a trustee on the boards of I Know I Can, The YWCA of Columbus, Columbus Chamber of Commerce, Greater Columbus Arts Council, Franklin University and Ross Heart Hospital.
Melissa resides with her husband Frank and two children in Bexley.
