Our 5th Annual Leadership Symposium, featuring bestselling author, management consultant, and respected psychologist Judith Bardwick, was a huge success. Over 400 indivduals from over 100 companies joined us as we focused on the widespread employee crisis that Bardwick calls "a psychological recession," and learned how to address this serious threat to our nation's economic health and vitality.

The day started off with Dr. David Decker, President of Franklin University, presenting Judith Bardwick with an Honorary Doctorate. She then enthralled her peers with her astounding personality and energized delivery of her expertise. She was followed shortly thereafter with a wonderful panel discussion on great leaders of the past.

The panel included representatives of Robert Crane, Charles Lazarus, Melvin Schottenstein, and Dave Thomas. Each of these idealized leaders were proudly represented by their daughters, Tanny Crane, Peggy Lazarus, Holly (Schottenstein) Kastan, and Pam (Thomas) Farber. Moderated by Angela Pace, this panel proved to be a highlight of the day. Of course emotions ran strong but these strong women represented their fathers with the utmost love.

After the first break out sessions, Phil Sorentino of Humor Consultants Inc., inspired the audience with his interactive and entertaining production. There was not a moment of silence until the conclusion where Phil instructed the audience not to applaud him, but to focus on themselves, contemplate "What are you going to be? What are you going to do? What will you have? What can you give?" As he stepped down from the stage, the room was serene and calm.

At the conclusion of our luncheon presentation the audience was free to participate in the afternoon break out sessions. Many of our attendees raved about our speakers and now you can enjoy them too.
