Registration underway for Leadership Institute

Our Higher Levels of Leadership Institute is designed for individuals like you who believe that leadership development should be a top priority.  Our Leadership Institute will lead you to think and act in new ways, serving as a catalyst for lifelong growth.

Beginning in August, the Franklin University Leadership Center will kick off its second Higher Levels of Leadership Institute developed for individuals from different organizations.  We're expecting a class size between 12-20 like-minded participants who will meet once per month for 2-hour facilitated sessions.

The Institute is based on our unique leadership model that helps you define the qualities of good leaders and develop your own leadership philosophy. It's a life-changing program with an emphasis on measuring results.

Included in the non-credit Institute are seven in-class sessions and 12 CDs (one delivered each month) with summaries and questions to help inspire new ideas on leadership. At the end of the Institute, you’ll attend our full-day Leadership Symposium that features renowned speakers from central Ohio and beyond.

Our institutes are designed to Measure, Assess and Practice.  We will measure your approach to leadership and our Higher Level of Leadership Themes.  You will be assessed by developing your own Leadership Philosophy by the end of the sessions and we provide you with the tools to help you practice your leadership throughout your career.

Here's what some of our past participants have said about our Leadership Institute:

We challenge you to increase your leadership skills over the next year.  The result will set you apart.

Will you make the commitment?
